For the first time, I am doing formal business planning, segmenting my clients, setting up the legal work to safeguard my practice, having my staff do a better job of managing workflow, establishing an investment committee to be more compliant, having a formal value proposition, and realizing I have to act like the CEO and learn how to do that.
